New Faculty Learning Community - Meeting II: Activating Your Class Online
This meeting of the New Faculty Learning Community will feature Bryan Cichy-Parker from the College of Education and Phil Ruder from the College of Arts and Sciences who will discuss how to have students be active partners in the learning process.
The New Faculty Learning Community is designed for faculty in their first two years of service at Pacific and will meet periodically over the course of the year. The learning community focuses on effective teaching methods and classroom practice and sessions feature Pacific faculty who use pedagogically powerful techniques in their classes and who have been highly successful in helping their students achieve their learning goals.
