This workshop is designed for instructors who are new to A.I. or who are looking to deepen their understanding of these platforms.
We’ll begin with an overview of each tool, focusing on basic features and settings, including prompting and other queries. We will then explore some different use case scenarios—including developing materials and summarizing and analyzing content. We'll also chat about how students are using these systems and explore strategies for helping them navigate both the opportunities and challenges that these tools present.
The workshop is intended to help build comfort and confidence in using A.I. tools, and there will be plenty of time for questions and experimentation. No prior experience with A.I. is required and please bring your laptop!
