Using Pacific's AI Tools to Increase Accessibility Online
There are a host of new AI tools available that offer exciting applications for accessibility and student success. Zoom can be used to create lecture recordings with summaries, transcripts and automatically generated chapters, which can represent a valuable revision resource for all students. Box AI can work from uploaded documents to generate study guides and practice quizzes, and Google Gemini can offer tailored, on-demand, interactive tutoring to suit a student's particular needs. Using and communicating these capabilities could have significant impacts on student success, and this workshop will give you an overview of currently available tools and a place to workshop applications.
