Using Technology to Support Active Learning: Hillsboro and online edition In-Person / Online

There are a lot of apps and technologies out there that can be deployed to good effect to support active and collaborative activities in the classroom, but understanding which one will work with your pedagogical style and in your classroom can be a challenge. In this workshop, we will explore some ways that pedagogically robust active learning techniques can be supported by technologies like Poll Everywhere, Google Workspace and more, and get an overview of the capabilities and applications of some of the different tools.
