CETCI AfterHour Pedagogy Series - Dialogic Feedback with Video Tools with Carrie Larson In-Person

Carrie will share how she and her colleauges used a video platform (GoReact) to engage in dialogic feedback to support student teachers as they develop their classroom teaching practices. Students record themselves teaching a literacy lesson and then, using GoReact, review their teaching, annotate specific moments where they applied instructional techniques, and identify missed opportunities. This reflective and dialogic feedback process facilitated more in-depth discussions about their instructional strategies and helped us set clear, actionable goals for future improvement.
